Open life drawing sessions are held each Tuesday - now at Lucero #43, La Lejona 2da seccion, from 7-9 pm.  No instruction – just come and draw. 

$200 pesos, snacks and drinks provided.

EXPRESSIVE DRAWING CLASSES WITH HENRY VERMILLION

Henry Vermillion is again doing two-week, six session drawing classes – now at Lucero 43, La Lejona, 2da. Sección. 

Classes will be 10 am to 1 pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a limit of six students. 

Private lessons are available as well.

These classes deal with the fundamentals and are for both beginners and for painters who want to sharpen their drawing skills.  Individual attention.

EXPERIMENTAL ABSTRACT WORKSHOP with britt zaist

Britt Zaist creates rich, colorful abstractions. She teaches the process in a hands-on, two-day workshop using ink, acrylic, watercolor and collage techniques. Each student will have at least 8 art works as well as Britt’s reference booklet of techniques and materials for independent use.

2-3 STUDENTS: $150 USD + $50 USD Material Fee / PRIVATE: $200 USD + $50 USD Material Fee

BUT FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVEN’T THE TIME FOR A TWO DAY WORKSHOP – THERE IS A DEMONSTRATION WORKSHOP AVAILABLE.

This is a one day, 4 hour demonstration workshop from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The day chosen is flexible to work with your schedule. Private or with others. She demonstrates all the techniques from her two-day workshop, giving the student actual pieces of the abstracts created as well as her comprehensive reference booklet. When time is short, this is the perfect introduction to experimental painting.
